How does it all work? |
URLBlaze is a URL sharing network. In order to share URLs, URLBlaze has to collect them. Each time you download a file using Internet Explorer, URLBlaze saved its URL, Referring URL, Size and Mime Type to your hard-drive.
URLBlaze DOES NOT save URLs from password protected sites.
When you connect to the URLBlaze network, you announce your existence as a server. Now other URLBlaze clients can 'ask' your computer if it knows where a certain file exist on the net. If it does, it sends the result to the computer who 'asked' the question and also ask other computer about the file. Your software can do the same. If you are looking for a file, ask the network, and if the file exist, the result will be sent to you. As well as searching for files on the online community (URLBlaze network), version two uses many search engines (Mp3/FTP/Files search engines) to find the file you are looking for. URLBlaze makes sure that results from http servers are valid and the files actually exist. |
